Mission of the AMTA VA
AMTA-Virginia Chapter serves our members by fostering member engagement and providing opportunities for professional development.
Members have the opportunity to earn continuing education hours at the Annual VA State Conference.
The Board of the AMTA-VA Chapter encourages members to network and volunteer in various ways:
Assist editing the newsletter
Write articles for the newsletter and blog
Doing simple data entry to keep member records up to date
Planning chapter educational events
Planning community awareness events
VA Chapter members receive an award-winning electronic newsletter, Virginia In Touch, so that all are informed about Chapter activities.
